RideWithAlliance.com, Inc. Privacy Statement
1. Introduction
Ride With Alliance was founded to close a gap that standard rideshare and taxi services were never built to fill: safe, assisted, non-emergency medical transportation for people who need more than a curbside pickup. Because our riders often share sensitive scheduling, location, and mobility information with us in order to arrange a ride, we take the handling of that information seriously and want you to understand exactly what we do with it.
This policy is written in plain language wherever possible so that riders, family members booking on someone's behalf, and care coordinators can all understand how their information is used without needing a legal background to follow it.
1.1 Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to information collected through our website, contact forms, and phone-based booking requests handled by our dispatch team. It is meant to cover every point of contact a rider, family member, or partner organization might have with RWA online or by phone.
- Covers the main RWA website and all its pages
- Covers information submitted through booking and contact forms
- Covers information shared over the phone with dispatch staff
- Covers information shared through email correspondence with our team
- Does not cover third-party sites linked from our website
- Applies to all visitors, riders, and family members who use the site
1.2 Acceptance of This Policy
By using this website or submitting a ride or contact request, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If any part of this policy is unclear, you are welcome to contact us before submitting a request.
- Continued use of the site means you accept this policy
- If you disagree, please discontinue use of the website
- Submitting a form is treated as informed consent to this policy
- Riders under a caregiver's account are covered by the caregiver's consent
- Phone-based bookings are treated the same as web-based submissions
- This policy may be updated, as described in Section 5
2. Information we collect
We collect information in two general categories: personal data that you provide directly to us, and non-personal data that is gathered automatically as you browse the site. Both categories exist to help us do one thing well: get you or your loved one safely to where you need to go.
We try to only ask for what we actually need to plan and complete a ride, rather than collecting information for its own sake.
2.1 Personal Data
When you fill out our contact form, request a ride, or call our dispatch line, we may ask for the following in order to plan your trip properly:
- Full name
- Phone number and email address
- Pickup location, destination, and appointment time
- Mobility, wheelchair, or assistance requirements relevant to your ride
- Emergency contact details, where provided voluntarily
- Any additional details you choose to include in a booking or contact request
2.2 Non-Personal Data
We also collect general technical information automatically, used only to understand site usage and keep the website secure. None of this information identifies you personally on its own.
- Browser type and device information
- General location (city or region level, not precise GPS)
- Pages visited and time spent on the site
- Referring website or search terms that led you here
- Basic log data collected by our hosting provider
- Aggregate traffic patterns across our website
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to operate this website, respond to inquiries, and coordinate the rides you request. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to providing safe, reliable transportation.

- To understand which pages and services visitors find most useful
- To detect and prevent misuse or security issues on the site
- To help guide future updates to our content and services
- To generate general, aggregated usage statistics
- To identify and fix broken pages or slow load times
4. Sharing Your Information

We hold every party we share information with, internal or external, to the same standard of care we apply ourselves.
