Job Overview
Ride With Alliance is hiring a RWA Dispatcher to coordinate scheduled rides, support drivers, and communicate with riders, families, and healthcare facilities.
This office-based role helps keep daily transportation operations organized, accurate, and responsive.
You will play an important part in making sure riders reach appointments safely and on time.

What You'll Do

Coordinate daily ride schedules for patients, drivers, facilities, and caregivers.

Monitor active trips and support drivers with pickup, drop-off, and route updates.

Communicate professionally with riders, families, healthcare facilities, and team members.

Update trip records, schedule notes, and dispatch system details accurately.

Respond quickly to delays, cancellations, changes, and service concerns.

Confirm rider needs such as wheelchair, ambulatory, or door-to-door assistance.

Help maintain smooth daily operations during busy appointment windows.

Escalate urgent service issues to management when needed.
What You'll Need

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Experience in dispatch, transportation, healthcare, logistics, or call center support preferred.

Comfortable using scheduling software, maps, and computer systems.

Ability to stay calm and organized during schedule changes.

Strong attention to detail when entering trip information.

Professional phone and message communication.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.
8
Knowledge of RWA operations is helpful but not required.
