Ride With Alliance is hiring Stretcher and Gurney RWA Drivers for specialized non-emergency transportation. This role supports riders who need a higher level of mobility assistance.
You will follow securement and transfer procedures, coordinate with facilities and caregivers, and help make advanced mobility transportation safer and more dependable.

What You'll Do

Transport stretcher or gurney riders safely for scheduled non-emergency medical trips.

Work with a partner or support team when required for safe loading and unloading.

Follow proper patient handling and securement procedures.

Inspect stretcher equipment, straps, and vehicle readiness before trips.

Communicate clearly with facilities, caregivers, and dispatch.

Provide calm, respectful support for riders with higher mobility needs.

Complete trip documentation and report any concerns immediately.

Follow strict safety standards during every pickup, transfer, and drop-off.
What You'll Need

Valid driver’s license with strong driving history.

Prior RWA, healthcare transport, EMS, CNA, or patient care experience preferred.

Ability to assist with safe lifting, positioning, and patient movement.

Must pass background check, drug screening, and safety training.

Comfortable working with riders who need advanced mobility support.

Professional communication with medical facilities and family members.

Reliable schedule availability for specialized transport requests.
8
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
